Rules
Everything you need to know about the game at a glance.
1. Making a prediction
- Individual races: You pick five athletes in the order you expect them to finish in places 1 to 5.
- Relays: You pick five nations in the order they'll finish in places 1 to 5.
- You can predict until the race starts. Until then you can change your prediction as often as you like.
2. Points
Each of your five picks earns points depending on how close you are to the actual place:
| Spot on | 5 P. | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 place off | 4 P. | |
| 2 places off | 3 P. | |
| 3 places off | 2 P. | |
| 4 places off | 1 P. | |
| 5 or more places off | 0 P. |
Example: You pick Boe for 1st place and he finishes 3rd. That's 2 places off, so 3 points.
3. Maximum score
The maximum per race is 25 points: five picks, all spot on. You also get a star ⭐.
4. Validity
- Predictions must be made before the race starts. After that they're locked.
- If someone doesn't finish, only the remaining places count.
5. Scoring
Points are calculated automatically after each race. You'll find them in the leaderboard and in your leagues' tables.
